At no time will customer information be shared or sold to 3rd party companies. Customer information accessible to Texas A&M University Kingsville's Office of Finance & Budgets Marketplace Administrators and the individual department merchant managers, with which the customer has engaged in university business, shall only be used for this purpose.
Refund may be made under these conditions: 1. A refund will be honored if requested at least one (1) business day prior to the program start date. This process includes a $15 refund processing fee. The non-refundable registration fee and the refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount. No refunds will be processed after that date. 2. A 100% refund will be given for classes/programs that were cancelled by the Center for Continuing Education. To request a refund under these conditions, participants will need to complete and submit the Refund Request form through the Center for Continuing Education office. Once submitted, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and the funds will be returned through the original method of payment. No refunds will be given to participants that have been removed from a program due to violating the Departmental Policies.
