Registration for Exhibitors

Exhibitor registration includes (1) full conference registration with meals included for one exhibitor, 6ft skirted table, two chairs, Exhibitor recognition at Exhibitor Reception and logo on conference slideshow

Booth Fee: $770.00 ($600 for State Agencies, Municipalities, or other Government)

Additional representative at the booth is $200 each

Fee for Electricity: 25' extension cord and Multi-power Strip at $25, per connection/per day. Please contact Jacob Quintana if you wish to have power at your booth jquintana@hhandr.com

*Cancellation Policy: Refunds must be requested in writing and the request must be received by Texas A & M University-Kingsville no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the Conference.

Prices range from $620.00 to $1,570.00 (price depends on options selected)
