Mike Howard received his BS in Chemical Engineering from TAMUK and now is Chairman and CEO of Howard Midstream Energy Partners, LLC. He has over 27 years of energy experience and will be discussing how a traditional oil and gas company can fit into energy transition in his lecture "Delivering Positive Energy."
